HOA Annual Meetings
Annual Meeting: Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 6:30pm – Haysville Public Library
The agenda will be emailed out the weekend of December 3rd. Please note board elections for the positions of President and Treasurer will be held at that time. If you would like to run for one of the positions or nominate someone for one of the positions, please send the individual’s name to DeAnn Konkel at DeAnn.Konkel@gmail.com. There will be several items of importance to discuss and a vote regarding rip rap for the pond will also be held.
If you have an item you would like to be placed on the agenda, please contact DeAnn at the email address above or call her at 316-641-6607. Also please contact DeAnn if you are new to the neighborhood and not sure if she has your email address.

Annual Meeting: Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 6:30pm – Haysville Library Community Room
The final vote was to move the meeting to December 28th. Please NOTE the meeting will start at 6:30 pm in the Community Room of the Haysville Library. This is a change in time and venue. Also, the vote was unanimous for staggering the board positions. Look for an email with the agenda and September meeting minutes at a later date. We look forward to seeing everyone on the 28th. We wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas!

Timber Creek Neighbors,
As you know we have our annual meeting and elections scheduled for next Tuesday, December 14th; however, three of the five board members have had work or personal issues arise that will keep them from attending the meeting. We would like to know who is planning on attending the meeting on the 14th or if you would be willing to push the meeting back to December 28th. I have created a survey that can be found at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LDCH6C2 . Please take a minute to complete the survey by 6 pm this Sunday evening (December 12th) so we can determine if we will be meeting on the 14th or the 28th.
The primary reason for this meeting is to elect new HOA Board members. We have a slate of candidates, but will be taking nominations from the floor the night of the meeting. If you refer to the By-Laws, you will note that we were to get the board positions in a staggered manner; but because of COVID we did not hold elections last year. If everyone is willing, the Board proposes that for this election the President and Treasurer will be elected for a one (1) year term and the Vice-President, Secretary, and Member-at-Large will be elected for a two (2) year term. This will allow for the desired staggering of elections to take place moving forward.
The agenda, as well as minutes from the September meeting will be emailed to you after Sunday evening. I will also be providing the neighborhood directory to everyone as well.
